What documents do I need to rent a car?+
A valid driving licence and one government ID (Aadhaar or Passport) sent over WhatsApp before your slot is confirmed, plus a live selfie match at pickup. See the full verification process on our how-verification-works page.
Is fuel included in the day rate?+
No — you pay for the fuel you use. We photograph the fuel gauge at pickup and return; return at the same level or top up before drop-off. See the full fuel policy for the flat per-litre rate if you return short.
How much is the security deposit?+
₹8,000 for hatchbacks and sedans, up to ₹25,000 for the Fortuner — see the exact figure on each car's page. It's refunded within 3 business days of return.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes — full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup, 50% between 6-24 hours, and no refund inside 6 hours since the vehicle is already prepared and held for your slot.
Do you deliver the car to my location?+
Yes, across all six localities we serve. In HSR Layout, Koramangala, and Whitefield we meet you at a named pickup point, not a depot on the ring road. In Indiranagar, Electronic City, and Marathahalli it's doorstep delivery straight to your address. Check your locality page for the exact details.
What happens if I return the car late?+
There's a 60-minute grace period, and beyond that it's a flat ₹150 per hour — timestamped from the WhatsApp handover confirmation, not rounded up or negotiated case by case. If you know in advance you'll be late, message us before the original return time and we'll usually be able to adjust the slot.
Do I need a Karnataka or Bengaluru-specific driving licence?+
No — any valid Indian driving licence covering the vehicle class works anywhere in the country, Bengaluru included. We just need it to be current and non-expired at pickup, verified the same way regardless of which state issued it.
What if I get a traffic challan during the rental?+
It gets forwarded to you at the exact challan amount, with no markup added — we treat it as your fine to pay, not a line item we profit from. This is the same flat-rate honesty as the rest of our damage schedule.
Can I drive the rental outside Bengaluru or Karnataka?+
