Is fuel included in the day rate?+
No — you pay for the fuel you use. We photograph the fuel gauge at pickup and return; return at the same level or top up before drop-off. See the full fuel policy for the flat per-litre rate if you return short.
How much is the security deposit?+
From ₹8,000 for the Maruti Swift up to ₹25,000 for the Toyota Fortuner, depending on the car — see the exact figure on each car's page. It's refunded within 3 business days of return.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes — full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup, 50% between 6-24 hours, and no refund inside 6 hours since the vehicle is already prepared and held for your slot.
