Traffic being what it is in Bengaluru, we don't charge for a return that's a few minutes late. There's a 60-minute grace period built into every rental, no charge, no questions. Past that hour, it's a flat ₹150 per hour — the same rate whether you're 90 minutes late or four hours late, calculated cleanly rather than in awkward part-hour increments.

The grace period's start and end are both timestamped from the WhatsApp handover confirmation, not a verbal agreement at pickup, so there's no ambiguity about when the clock started. If you know in advance you'll be late, message us — we'd rather adjust expectations upfront than have you rush a return past the hour unnecessarily.
