Why We Don't Have a Depot on the Ring Road

A lot of self-drive rental companies run on a single depot model — one location, usually somewhere convenient for them on the outer ring road, where every renter has to travel regardless of where they actually live or work. We built the opposite model on purpose. Every one of our six service localities has either a named, recognisable meeting point — a landmark every local driver and auto knows, not a gated compound — or doorstep delivery straight to your address.

The tradeoff is real: a single depot is operationally simpler for us. But it pushes the travel cost onto every renter, every time, regardless of where they're starting from. Meeting you closer to where you actually are — in HSR Layout, Koramangala, Whitefield, Indiranagar, Electronic City, or Marathahalli — is slower for us to run and better for you, and we'd rather build the business around the second thing.
